PiclesBucket has a limited downloads connected to each subscription plan. We have this limits to ensure the highest quality of the digital products and fair use from all our users. The download limit is liked to the subscription period and there is no other use limits to our downloads. In this article we will demonstrate how the downloads limits work and how can you manage it.
Does downloading the same item several times counts from my downloads limit? #
No. You can download the same item several times and it will only count as single download. For 360 products, downloading several angles and poses from the same product will also be count as single download. Please note that it only count as single download during the same subscription duration. If you canceled your subscription and you tried to download an item that you downloaded before, it will count as a new download.
How can I check my download package count and my limits? #
In order to monitor your subscription plan used downloads, left downloads in your plan and more information about your subscription start and renewal date, go to your dashboard > Access pass > View full details. it will redirect you to your profile again.
Then click back to access pass and you will see the full information of your current subscription.
